How do I change my booking?
All you need to do is email hello@parkingup.com and we will be able to amend your booking for you.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, this isn't a problem. All you need to do is email hello@parkingup.com where one of the team will be able to process this for you.
My confirmation email hasn't arrived yet
It is not uncommon for emails to arrive these days with all the email filters that are around. We will have sent your confirmation email straight away. Please check your junk mail folder. If it is not there, please email hello@parkingup.com to ask us to send it again
What does 'no availability' mean?
Unfortunately on the dates you have selected to park between, all of our car parks are full then.
Can I update my car registration?
Just email hello@parkingup.com and we will sort this for you.
What if I change my car?
It's not a problem. Just send us an email at hello@parkingup.com with your new vehicle details (make, model, colour, and registration) and we will sort it out for you.
What if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is canceled, you may need to cancel your booking. Email hello@parkingup.com and we will be able to help sort this for you.
What if my flight is delayed?
It's OK. The car parks track your flight so know when you are landing. As they are all open 24 hours a day, there will always be someone there still, whatever time you land.
Do I need to leave my car key?
Some car parks you will need to leave your keys. This is due to the car park moving your car from the receiption area to the main parking area.
What is the process when I arrive?
Depending on the car park service you have booked, you will be sent instructions of what to do on your arrival and departure of the car park.
How do I collect my vehicle?
This depends on which car park and service you purchase. All the details will be sent on the confirmation email and also explained to you by the car park when you arrive
What do the car park require from me?
The car park will sometimes require your keys, and always your car registration, make, model etc. They will also require your car!
Can I park before my stay?
No, you can not park before the start of your stay. If you need to park eariler, or later than what you have booked, please email hello@parkingup.com
Is there an amendment charge if I need to change any details on a booking?
We do not charge to amend your booking. Click 'Manage my booking' at the top of the page to log on and amend your booking. You will then receive a confirmation of that change.
Will there be a space for me at the car park?
This website will only display available parking spaces, so you can rest assured a space will be reserved once you’ve made a booking.
What if I return later than the date on the booking?
This depends on the car park you use. If you know your going to be late before it happens, please email us and we will extend your booking. If not, you will be liable for late fees at the car park.
How do I get a VAT receipt?
Your booking confirmation will serve as the VAT receipt.
What are the directions to the airport car park I have booked?
The directions to the airport car park will be on your confirmation email.
What is Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)?
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is a system used by many car parks to recognise your vehicle and confirm your booking. When you arrive at the entrance of the car park a scanner will read your number plate and allow you to enter the car park. If you change your vehicle it is important to let us know because this could cause delays when attempting to enter the car park.
I have returned early, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately you will not be able to receive a refund on any remaining time if you arrive back early.
